  • Sinceriti Keys generated and shared

Authentication Data:

  • Login credentials (encrypted)
  • OAuth tokens (if using LinkedIn or other third-party authentication)

1.2 Information We Collect Automatically

Technical Data:

  • Internet Protocol (IP) address

  • Device information (type, operating system, unique device identifiers)
  • Pages you visit on the Platform

1.3 Blockchain Data

The following information is recorded on the Polygon blockchain network and becomes part of the permanent, immutable public ledger:

  • Commitment stakes: Anonymous records of point allocations to commitment targets, including timestamp and point amounts
  • Raw stake scores: Numerical values derived from your staking activity
  • Transaction hashes: Cryptographic identifiers of blockchain transactions

Important: Your personal identity information (name, email, contact details) is NEVER recorded on the blockchain. Only anonymous commitment records are stored on-chain, which cannot be linked to you without access to our secure off-chain database.

1.4 Information from Third Parties

Identity Verification Services:

  • We may use third-party Know Your Customer (KYC) and identity verification services to confirm your identity
  • These services may provide us with verification status and related data

OAuth Authentication Providers:

  • If you sign in using LinkedIn or other services, we receive limited profile information (name, email, profile picture) as permitted by those services
  • We do not access your full social media profile or connections without explicit additional permission

Organizational Partners:

  • If you apply to opportunities posted by organizations using Sinceriti, those organizations may provide feedback or status updates that we store

Identity Verification:

  • Preventing fraud and ensuring one person, one account
  • Verifying that you are a real human user
  • Maintaining the integrity of the commitment verification system
  • Complying with regulatory requirements

  • Sending transactional emails (account creation, password resets, application confirmations)
  • Notifying you of relevant opportunities based on your commitment areas
